How do I know the status of my order?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you another email along with a link to track it. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. In this email we will provide the tracking number, or you can click on the provided link.
Can I change the address of my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us through our costumer service channels, and we can update the delivery address.

Is there an additional cost for the product that is not shown on the website?
There are no additional costs or expenses. The total price mentioned on the product page is the final price you will be charged. Shipping costs are calculated after you close your cart and proceed to shipping and payment.

Exchanges and Returns
How should I proceed to exchange or return an order?
Kalimo NEXT DOOR is jointly and severally liable for the imperfection of the products that make them inappropriate or unsuitable for consumer use.
If you made a purchase and the product you received did not meet your expectations, don’t worry! You can exercise your right of withdrawal. However, please note the following information:
- The product (fabric) must not be damaged or modified (smells, marks, stains, dirt, stitching, etc., for example).
- Deadline for Return: You have 7 business days from receipt of the goods, to be able to return the product and receive the refund of the value.
- Exchange policy
According to our exchange policy, exchanges will only be allowed for products that have defects or hidden defects duly proven, within a non-extendable period of 30 days from the delivery of the product, in the case of individuals and 90 days in the case of legal entities, upon the RETURN INVOICE. Differences in the shade of the product, size characteristics, or alterations that have been proven to be approved by the customer will not be accepted as a defect, with the exception of those that prove to be demonstrably different from the purchased product.
If Kalimo Next Door understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange or return mentioned above, we are exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange due to a defect. Kalimo Next Door can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification for refusal. - Refund Policy
– Before receiving the reversal, the returned item must received by the QUALITY DEPARTMENT (SAC) of Kalimo Next Door, where it will undergo a process of analysis of the return conditions. After that, the counterpart is released. The reversal of the amount will be made by KALIMO NEXT DOOR within 7 days of accepting the claim, via the customer’s counter current credit (always in the account of the same beneficiary who made the payment of the initial purchase via Pix or credit card)
– In the case of exchanges due to defective goods purchased during a promotion, the credit amount will be exactly the amount paid by the customer in the original order, that is, the amount referring to the discount arising from the promotion will not be deducted from the value of the new item exchanged.
If I return a product, do I have to pay for shipping?
We pay shipping for the first return/exchange. From the second exchange/return, if there is no defect in the product, we will exchange it, but the freight will be charged separately.

About Shipping
Do you deliver on the same day?
Our delivery time varies according to the zip code entered in the address area and the type of shipping chosen. It is possible to quote the delivery time by placing the desired product in the bag and entering your zip code in the indicated field.
The delivery period is provided by the postal office and carrier and begins to be counted from the moment your purchase is approved by the credit card provider.
Remember that purchases made before midnight will be processed on the next business day. Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed from the first business day following authorization from the credit card company.
In addition, there may be some unforeseen events that lead to delays in deliveries. In that case, we will notify you. Unforeseen events are considered: natural accidents, general strikes and/or any other situation beyond our control.
If the delay has occurred due to an incorrect or incomplete registration address, change of address, it is up to you to contact us with the correct data and Kalimo Next Door will not be held responsible.
Shipping Values:
Shipping costs vary depending on your purchase. We calculate the value according to the weight of that product and the zip code.
